    Raspberry Smoothie Bowl

This vegan breakfast smoothie gets ready in just 2 minutes. It is nutty, fruity and creamy breakfast smoothie. This breakfast is extremely healthy and loaded with all the goodness of super food like chia, hemp seeds, flax seeds with fresh fruits and nuts. It is filling and gives an instant boost of energy. This breakfast can be prepared in advance and enjoyed on the go. Enjoy this dessert for breakfast.

Ingredients

  • 15 pieces – Almonds, soaked overnight and peeled
  • 2 whole Walnuts, shelled
  • 1 cup – Water
  • 1 – Banana, peeled
  • 1 – Apple, diced
  • ½ cup – Oats (Use any regular raw oats)
  • 1 tablespoon – Goji berry
  • 1 tablespoon – Chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon – Pumpkin Seeds
  • 1 tablespoon – Flax seeds (or Flax seed powder)
  • 1 tablespoon – Hemp Seeds
  • 1 teaspoon – Cinnamon powder
  • 1 teaspoon – Cocoa powder, Optional

Method

Step 1

In a Vitamix (or high power blender), add water, almonds, walnuts, oats, fruits, goji berry, cocoa powder and cinnamon. Blend this for a 1 minute on high or until it turns into a fine creamy smoothie. (Basically, it is fruits and nuts smoothie in almond milk)

Step 2

Pour this smoothie into a serving glass and top it with Chia seeds, hemp seeds, pumpkin seeds and flax seeds. Enjoy this healthy smoothie anytime



Notes

  • Substitution:
    • You can substitute different sweet fruits instead of banana or add honey
    • You can add your choice of nuts or spice
    • You can also replace homemade almond milk with your choice of vegan milk
