Here is a fast and delicious breakfast recipe for busy mornings. This breakfast bowl is super easy yet very healthy and satisfying for entire family. We all love oats and know it is loaded with essential nutrients needed for body to kick start our day. You can make various breakfast recipes using a simple ingredient “OATS”, here I am sharing the quickest & easiest oatmeal recipe topped with fruits and seeds.

Ingredients:

  • 1 Cup – Organic Sprouted Oats
  • 3-4 Cups – Filter Water
  • 2 – Bananas, peeled and sliced
  • 1 Cup – Organic Blackberries, washed
  • 2 – Organic Dates, chopped (Optional)
  • 1 Tablespoon – Organic Flax Seed Meal (Grounded Flaxseed powder)
  • 1 Tablespoon – Organic Chia Seeds
  • 1 Tablespoon – Organic Hemp Seeds
  • 1 – Walnut, chopped (Optional)
  • A pinch of Cinnamon Powder

Method

Step 1

Oatmeal: Add filter water to a pot and let is come to a boil. Now add oats to the boiling water and let it cook for 2-3 minutes. Keep stirring to avoid it from burning.

Step 2

Once oats are soft, creamy and thick, turn off the flame. (You can adjust the consistency here by adding more water or plant based milk)

Step 3

Pour oats into a big bowl. Serve it with fresh fruits of your choice, along with nuts and seeds.

Step 4

You can enjoy this breakfast bowl both hot & cool.
