Indian Spice Box

As my mom and grandma used to have the same answer for any illness ~ Open the masala dabba (box) and eat (certain spice) to heal yourself. The Indian Spice Box – the ultimate, most safest and ancient Ayurveda healing remedies to any common illness.

Indian Spices

A traditional Indian spice box is full of fresh grounded and whole spices and seeds. This masala dabba is common for all authentic Indian dishes. The box usually holds seven spices but I have more in mine. There are the essential spices: Turmeric powder, grounded cumin & coriander powder, red chili powder, fenugreek seeds, cumin seeds, carom seeds, mustard seeds, sesame seeds, star anise, green cardamom, cloves, cinnamon sticks and peppercorns. This beautiful spices box will preserve the freshness of your spices and keep them organized. So I call my masala box the MAGIC BOX.

These aromatic spices not only add fresh flavor and taste to the food but also offers medicinal health benefits like help in digestion, allows nutrients to be better absorbed, purify the body and help alleviate a symptom or even keep disease away.
