This brilliant orange coloured juice is so delicious. I have named it anti-inflammatory juice as it is made of carrots, ginger, turmeric root and orange. Most of these ingredients deliver powerful anti-inflammatory agents, helping to relieve the symptoms of rheumatism and arthritis.

Carrots are known for being a good source of beta-carotene, vitamin K, and potassium. This juice is a great immune booster, improve the functioning of your liver and aid your body in getting rid of toxins. Turmeric, orange & carrot have antioxidants which help prevent free radical damage and assist with inflammation. Ginger roots aid in digestion and also support the immune system.
