Ingredients:

  • 1 TSP – Moringa Powder or ¼ cup of Fresh Moringa Leaves
  • 6 Sprigs – Curry Leaves or Sweet Neem Leaves, washed
  • 10 – Organic Spinach Leaves, washed
  • ¼ Cup – Parley, washed
  • 2-3 Sprigs – Mint, washed
  • 1 TBSP – Fenugreek leaves, washed
  • 3 – Whole Amla (Indian Goose berries), washed, deseeded & cut
  • 2-3 – Organic Granny Smith Apples, washed and cut
  • ¼ Cup – Filter water

Method

Step 1

Add above ingredients to a Vitamix / high-speed blender with ¼ cup of water and blend to a smooth puree & strain it using a sieve
